Full Details of Job / Opportunity

We are filming a truly unique short film at the end of this month, and looking for a young talented cast to join the production.

The story follows a group of young friends living in a world where the rest of humanity seems to have disappeared. We never see an apocalypse but feel it's effects through the course of the film’s story.

The narrative therefore revolves around how a group of kids live in this otherworldly circumstance whilst dealing with teenage angst, insecurity, a need for connection, and a need to rebel.

The film will be shot over the course of 2-3 days (depending on how far we can stretch our budget) and will include traveling through a variety of locations around the UK, smashing up cars, swimming through rivers, dancing around fires, and walking through empty city streets. It's going to be a lot of work, but a lot of fun.

Our crew are a highly talented bunch primarily from the commercials world. This piece is something of a passion project for the director who's been developing the idea for a long time.

So who are we looking for:

Boys & girls aged 16 to early 20's.
If you've got an interesting style we like that.
If you can skate - that's a big bonus.
Much of what we're filming will be roughly drawn out - but there will be no rehearsals, so this is about owning your character, and letting a scene play out as we work together to find interesting moments between the group of friends in a variety of situations. This is a massively collaborative piece, and we want anyone involved to get the maximum out of this project both in terms of your portfolio, and experience you can bring to future projects.

Without wanting to give too much else away about the project, this piece will be filmed in a truly unique manner - something we're excited to discuss with you if you're the right fit for our film.

We look forward to hearing from you.
