This story follows our protagonist, Stan, through a consecutive set of unlucky events. Exposed to his new life as a student, Stan is making the most of the freedom from his parents and up keeping any idealised image they may have of him. After a rough and hazy night, Stan awakens handcuffed to his bed, as well as finding tape around his mouth.
In the midst of his disorientation, his eyes are drawn to his bedside calendar. To his horror, he realises his parents are on route to his accommodation for a Mother’s Day visit.
