Arbery Productions' entry for the Scottish Community Drama Association's annual One-Act Competition in February 2019. Winners in the Edinburgh division will go through to the next and possibly later stages and may compete in the UK final in July 2019.
One of three office workers – Tony, Isobel and Thomas – is about to lose their job. As they wait for their boss, Carter, to deliver the verdict, the three discuss each other’s chances of survival. For alpha male Tony and calculating Isobel, it’s clear that Thomas is getting the chop. In the struggle for survival, no blow is too low.
