tobeseen provides a service enabling third party advertisers to place classified advertisements and enabling registered members to respond to said advertisements, at which point tobeseen.co.uk sends the member’s profile to the advertiser for consideration.

We provide our service only for the purposes of providing listings for castings and auditions with third party advertisers. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements and make no warranty regarding their accuracy or reliability. We shall not be liable under any circumstances for the actions of any third party advertiser featured on the site.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible or liable for any dealings between you and third party advertisers, including payment for and delivery of products and services and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings.
