    "Desire" is a new full-length song-cycle musical portrait of gay life in the US in the 1970s, based on Edmund White's "States of Desire". It will play/be recorded at the Albany Empire Deptford June 30th - July 2nd 2010. We need 12 male singer/actors of all ages and races (4 x ten, 4 x bar, 4 x bass) who will all do solo and chorus work (strictly an ensemble show).

    Sight reading and complex harmony skills and also American accents are essential.
